First of all, this entire collection SCREAMS Fall. I absolutely love that this limited edition collection as a whole has a good mix of both nude, more natural shades, and bold, deep hues reminiscent of Fall. While it is a rather large collection, I only received a small handful of items to share with you guys. So be sure to check out the collection when it comes out! I know I have my eye on a few more things myself. As always, I'll definitely update you guys with any other items I purchase and let you know what I think!

I'm SO glad MAC did something like this. Such a great concept because they're perfect for the every day gal or for a professional. The one I received is probably the one I would have purchased for myself personally. However, I'm majorly lusting over the other 4 as well. The shades are pigmented, but not goop-y. The formula is quite sheer, but can be easily built up for more intense color. Absolutely LOVE these. Hope you guys can get some for yourselves to check out!

Some collections come along that are so unique with fun and crazy colors. Collections that have products that you are drawn to immediately because they look like a rainbow of makeup-y goodness. This is not one of them. That totally doesn't mean that this isn't an awesome collection. These are shades that you could seriously wear and love everyday. EVERY. SINGLE. shade in this collection is totally wearable. Which maybe makes it pretty unique after all.
So I've been SO behind on swatching new MAC collections lately. So today you're getting 4 (linked at bottom of post). First, I give you MAC By Request. Love the concept. Love the choices. Basically, thousands of people voted to choose 9 discontinued MAC products to bring back. 3 Lipsticks, 3 Lipglasses, and 3 Eye Shadows. I have to admit, I was downright giddy when I opened the package to find a shade I have seriously been lusting over for YEARS. The infamous, Guacamole. ...and Bait. ...and Candy Yum-Yum. Seriously it was the best day ever. Ok, enough chit chat. Here's the eye candy.

A few weeks back, I went shopping with one of my dear friends I don't get to see too often. Naturally, a crazy shopping day ensued which explains not one, but TWO haul videos.
The first is a video of fashion-y goodness. Pretties from Henri Bendel, Tory Burch, and Express.
So, I've got a lot of jewelry. With all the new trends, outfits to coordinate pieces with, (and my recent Bendel obsession) it can get to be a bit much.
Those of you that saw my recent closet organization post know that I love to be organized. Not for the sake of being organized, but because I feel that if I have a collection of nice things, it becomes useless if it's all jumbled up and unorganized. So I like to keep things arranged in a way that works best for me. Not only because it makes life easier (and because I HATE clutter), but because I actually get more use out of all my pretty things if I know exactly where to look for them and can see them all easily.
So I filmed a little video showing you guys my organization method for all of my jewelry. Which kind of turned into a "tour" video. But that's ok. Tours can be fun.

Sometimes the simplest looks can get the most attention. For example, well, this one.
So weird, because when I purchased the NARS Ramatuelle trio, I wasn't really sure if it would be something I'd use a lot. I liked the colors, but I knew they would be pretty soft. So I let the little trio of pretty colors sit around for a few weeks before giving it a good try. I wasn't expecting the colors to come together so nicely and create a really soft, but different look.
I knew I had to share this tutorial with you all after receiving more questions about my makeup (specifically, what exact type of eye shadow I was wearing) than ever before for a single product. Funny enough, this was within only a couple times of wearing it. Who would have thought such simple and soft colors could be so interesting?
Ok, so long story short, I knew it was something special and it's become a new love of mine.
Another great part about it is that it only takes one brush to complete the ENTIRE look (Sigma E40)
